James Lick High School – Falk Construction

The Project

New 22,647 square foot two story steel/concrete framed building . Work include all the architectural finishes, doors, windows, roofing caseworks , laboratory equipment, specialty items, and Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems. Also included are all the associated site utility work, driveway, parking, landscaping, irrigation, fencing & gates.

The Facility

James Lick High School was originally built in 1950 and is the oldest of the eleven high schools in the East Side Union High School District
