DLF Apparent Low Bidder For the Colonial Acres New Roof Project

DLF had a low lump sum bid of $3,354,000 for the Colonial Acres Roofing Project.  This project is a summer job that involves demolition and replacement of the existing campus roof, new site work, and new MEP systems.
