DL Falk Construction – Frederiksen MOD Low Bidder

DL Falk was the apparent low bidder for the Frederiksen ES Modernization Project in Dublin, CA.  This will be a $14,000,000 contract that includes new buildings, site and utility upgrades, and new landscaping.
