The Project

Remodel of college art classrooms, 12,200 square foot existing classroom building that included selective demolition, structural retrofit, ADA compliant modification, new architectural finishes, roofing, doors, storefronts and windows, casework, specialty items, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, & electrical system.

The Facility

Solano Community College is a two-year institution of higher learning located in Fairfield, Solano County, California. It is part of California’s public community college system, which comprises 112 campuses in 72 districts across the state.
