The Project

Construction of a new fire station roughly 7500 square feet of building area – single story – two-bay apparatus area with support and maintenance areas – residential areas including day room – dorm room – dining room – kitchen and exercise/fitness rooms – administrative and training areas including office space and communications – Exterior improvements are to include typical on-site parking – drainage – lighting and landscaping – and street frontage improvements.
