Construction of new park, including underground utilities, concrete walkway, skate park, toilet building, landscaping & irrigation, site furnishings, fencing & gates.

The Facility

Jack Holland Sr. Park (San Leandro), which includes features for skateboarders, opened in January of 2011 and has since become a well-used park in its San Leandro neighborhood.
