The Project
Falk modernized multiple existing classroom buildings totalling approximately 21,620 square feet, including hazmat abatement, selective demolition, structural retrofit, ADA-compliant modification, new architectural finishes, roofing, doors, storefronts and windows, casework, specialty items, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, & electrical system. Also included are the associated site improvement work.
The Facility
Henry T. Gunderson High School is a high school situated in the Blossom Valley of San Jose, California which first opened in the fall of 1976, as is part of the San José Unified School District.
