Berkeley Public Schools West Campus

The Project

Renovation of three buildings, two wood framed single story and the third concrete two story including a community board room and addition of an elevator. Work included all the architectural finishes, doors, windows, roofing, casework, specialty items, and Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, and all the associated site utility work.

The Facility

The West Campus is part of the Berkeley Unified School District. REALM is a middle and high school charter school that opened in Berkeley, CA in Fall of 2011.
