David L. Falk, Founder & President
David founded D.L. Falk Construction, Inc. in 1993, after serving as vice president of H.L. Falk for 10 years where he also perfected his skills in the position of chief estimator and senior project manager. Possessing a Bachelor of Science degree in business with a concentration in real estate/finance has also assisted David to excel in the field of real estate development. His impressive experience record has enabled him to lead his company to a position as one of the San Francisco Bay Area’s premier builders of commercial, public works and multi-family construction. It is David’s intent to deliver each project as seamlessly as possible and to ensure that the owners expectations are met.
Heidi Diep, Controller
Heidi joined DL Falk Construction in 2015 as Controller, overseeing the company’s Administration, Risk Management, and Accounting/Finance functions. Prior to joining DL Falk Construction, Heidi held Finance, Accounting, and Risk Management positions at multiple reputable General Contractors and Subcontractors accumulating over 20 years of construction industry experience. Heidi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Accounting from Cal Poly Pomona.
David T. Falk, Director of Operations
David started with DL Falk Construction in 2003 as a laborer and worked his way through the ranks to currently serve as the Director of Operations for the company, managing all day-to-day activities. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Regional Development from the University of Arizona and is directly involved with potential work acquisition and overall company management.
Huan Truong, Estimator
Huan has over twelve years of public hard bid experience. He began his career in the Seattle area as a project engineer and has been working as an estimator specializing in concrete/site works, and general engineering since moving to bay area in early 2004. Huan holds a Construction Management degree from the University of Washington and is vital to the day-to-day bidding efforts at DL Falk. His past projects include: private residence foundations, community parks, athletic fields, public transit center, skate parks, school and library construction.
Dan Williams, Project Manager
Dan joined the DL Falk team in 2018. He began his career as an apprentice carpenter and has worked his way up the ranks to now oversee multiple projects. Dan has over 30 years of experience in various fields of construction and management. Past projects completed include: fire stations, City Hall’s, hospitals, schools, jails, car dealerships and health clubs.
Angela Raines, Project Manager
Construction was the furthest thing from Angela’s mind while growing up in the East Bay Area of California. That suddenly changed when she began working for a construction defect litigation firm as an administrator while attending college majoring in Psychology. Angela quickly learned she had a passion for construction and the process of building which has allowed her to rapidly excel in her career over the years. With over 15 years of construction experience, she uses her knowledge of those experiences to run her projects safely, effectively at budget and on time, while providing a quality product to the owner and end users. She has successfully managed various types of public works projects including prisons, pools, locker rooms, interpretive centers, buildings and offices for multiple counties, CHP’s, Caltrans and Caltrain.
Kevin Dang, Project Manager
Kevin started as an intern for the City of San Ramon and has since built his career while also attaining his degree in Construction Management. As a project manager, he has worked on both public and private projects such as: schools, labs, police stations, theaters, and offices. Kevin also has a real estate background and maintains an active license.
