CVSan New Maintenance & Operations Facility

The Project

The project consists of a new 15,000 square foot Operations & Maintenance Facility for the Castro Valley Sanitation District. The scope of work included new structural steel, metal stud, roofing, MEP systems, and finishes. Additionally, new site hardscape and landscaping was also included in order to provide the client with a turn key facility to use for future operations. The contract value for this project totaled approximately $25,000,000.00.

The Facility

The Facility: The new Castro Valley Sanitation District Maintenance and Operations Facility. CVSan manages Castro Valley’s sanitary sewer collection system, oversees a refuse collection franchise, administers recycling programs, and handles associated responsibilities.
