Purchase of old properties, entitlement into one project and construction of 46 unit 4-story wood frame condominium project with a subterranean garage, and a 1/3 acre park that was dedicated to the City of San Jose.

The Facility

Emerald Glen is a two-acre condominium project on Jackson Street in San Jose consisting of two five-story buildings with underground parking.
